Service Description

Jen is client lead so we go at your pace. That being said generally we begin with an initial chat and we tune into your goals. Jen will then focus on what is coming up as most challenging for you and support you to bring your nervous system into a state of calm. EFT Tapping is wonderful for this and also Jen uses deep meditative practises. You can lie back and receive this and may fall asleep which is normal. The sessions are generally recorded so you can listen back as many times as you need to. Concession rates available. Generally I offer 3/6/9 and 12 session format. And top ups if needed.
